How this studio website and project enquiries handle information.
The studio website is a public, static portfolio. You can browse without an account. Its project-brief tool runs in your browser and opens your email app only when you choose to prepare an enquiry.
Operator and shared provisions
Іван Святківський publishes the site as VSP CREATIVE STUDIO TEAM. Contact tracker.gigamax@gmail.com. The shared privacy provisions explain email correspondence, legal bases, hosting providers, international processing, retention and your rights, and form part of this notice.
Project brief and contact
Information entered into the project-brief tool is handled in your browser. The tool does not send a request to a studio server or create a customer account. Preparing an email opens your chosen email application with a draft. You decide whether to send it. If you send it, we receive the content and sender information, and use it to respond to your enquiry as explained in the shared notice. Your email provider also processes the draft or message under its own rules.
You can contact us without using the brief tool. Do not enter credentials, confidential customer records or sensitive medical information in an initial enquiry.
Browsing and films
Pages, images, subtitles and video files are delivered through OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure, including Cloudflare. Requests expose technical information needed for delivery and security, such as your IP address and requested file. Video players use ordinary browser playback controls; no account is required.
The studio has not added advertising pixels, analytics trackers, third-party fonts or automatic YouTube embeds. External product or social links take you to separate services when you follow them. Their privacy notices apply there.
Purpose and legal basis
Where GDPR applies, delivering and protecting this portfolio and its media relies on our legitimate interest in presenting the studio and enabling visitors to learn about its work (Article 6(1)(f)). Responding to project enquiries relies on the bases described in the shared notice.
Controls and retention
The brief tool has no studio-side submission database. Browser and email-app storage follow your settings. Email enquiries are retained under the criteria in the shared notice. Technical hosting data follows the providers’ operational, security and legal retention rules. Requests about correspondence or privacy rights can be sent to the contact above.
Scope
This notice covers the studio website. It does not describe the operation of AVENQO, ShiftLedger or another product. Consult that product’s own policy. If the studio adds new processing, this notice will be updated before that processing is introduced.
